A Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) is used to identify all relevant risks within an organization concerning safety, health, and welfare. An RI&E provides insight into all company-specific occupational risks and serves as the starting point for occupational safety and absenteeism policies.
Preparing an RI&E makes it possible to implement targeted measures for the identified risks, thereby reducing or controlling them. The Plan of Action (PoA) describes the control measures to be taken in order to achieve this goal.
