Every terminal is different in terms of processes, products, safety risks and staffing needs. Container terminals often face logistical challenges such as moving large volumes of containers quickly and safely, and working with complex crane systems. Tank terminals, on the other hand, focus on the safe storage, loading and unloading of liquids, requiring strong knowledge of product properties and strict safety procedures.
That is why we do not provide standard packages. Instead, we work together with the client to develop a training programme that matches the specific situation. Whether it concerns regulatory training, loading master courses, product knowledge, safety awareness or practical instructions: our training is customised and, if desired, delivered on location or in-company. This ensures that employees not only meet legal requirements, but also perform their work more safely, efficiently and with greater confidence.
