Reporting defects in Marad has been improved. Reporting is easier for the crew and the technical department has more control over the management and resolution of defects.

The management of corrective maintenance in Marad has been renewed.
The goal: less administrative burden for the crew when reporting and more overview for the technical department when resolving defects.

What has changed for the crew?

• Fewer input fields when creating a defect.
• The impact of the defect can be indicated with a single click.
• The Requirements field makes it immediately clear what is needed to resolve the issue.
• On the right-hand side, the progress of the defect is clearly displayed.
  

What has changed for the technical department?

Via the Report tab, questions can be asked directly to the crew.

Via the Action Plan tab, the technical department can share the approach with the crew.

Via the Analysis tab, a root cause can be selected afterwards. This is primarily intended for reporting purposes.

What does this mean in practice?

The crew spends less time entering defects. The technical department can address, communicate and analyse defects more effectively from a single screen. Both parties can see the current status and progress.
